Sam joined Baines Wilson in March 2015 as a Paralegal before undertaking a training contract with the firm.
Sam graduated with a LLB (Hons) from Newcastle University in 2013 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, York. During her time at the University of Law, as well as being elected Social Chair, Sam was heavily involved with pro bono, participating in the Employment Rights Line and the Yorkshire Tribunal Advocacy Project. Through-out her studies, Sam has completed numerous work experience placements and vacation schemes with firms across North England and has also completed mini-pupillages in both Carlisle and Newcastle Crown Courts.
Sam grew up, was educated and lives in West Cumbria. In her spare time she enjoys netball, socialising and spending time with her husband and dog, Alan.
