We are delighted to welcome new Associate Solicitor Kate Parker to Baines Wilson. Kate, who is joining our Corporate and Commercial team, is the latest in a series of lawyers to join the firm from nationally or internationally regarded law firms.
Kate is a graduate of Cambridge University and the College of Law in London and has subsequently spent her previous legal career practicing in London law firms. Kate trained and worked at the leading city firm Travers Smith before moving to become a senior lawyer for the London office of the New York firm, Kaye Scholer. She is now delighted to have relocated to Cumbria with her husband and young children.

Kate is an experienced Corporate and Commercial solicitor who has advised on a wide range of transactions. She will be working alongside Andrew Hill and John Wilson.
