At Baines Wilson we see our trainees as an investment for the future.

As a trainee at Baines Wilson, you will be given real responsibility, client contact and exposure to a wide range of work from the outset. You will gain practical experience and get to know the different areas of law we cover, helping you to decide which area you wish to specialise in.

We welcome applications from both law and non-law graduates, with a strong academic background and a minimum 2.1 degree and are looking for committed, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team. Non-law graduates will have completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and both law and non-law graduates will have completed the Legal Practice Course prior to commencing a training contract.
