Areas of Expertise
Ailsa joined Baines Wilson as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2022.
Prior to joining Baines Wilson, Ailsa graduated with a first class degree in Law from the University of Greenwich in 2017. She then went on to work within a specialist charity law firm gaining experience in both charity law and property, working mainly for sports clients. During this time Ailsa worked full time and also completed her Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law from the University of Law (Bloomsbury) part time, achieving a distinction.
Ailsa moved back to Carlisle to commence her training contract, having spent much of her childhood in the Carlisle area.
In her spare time, Ailsa enjoys walking in the Lake District and spending time with family.
