We are delighted to welcome Hannah Bradley as a new solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.
Hannah Bradley is the latest in a series of lawyers to join the firm from major regional, national or international law firms.
Hannah will be working mainly with Martin Stafford and Katherine Sibley. Hannah studied at the University of Leeds and The College of Law. She joins Baines Wilson from the Manchester office of Brabners LLP.
Hannah has experience in acting for clients across a wide range of commercial disputes but has a particular interest in equine and bloodstock related disputes. She has provided editorial content to the Horse and Hound magazine and Horse and Country TV and is recommended by the Racehorse Owners Association as a solicitor with racing industry experience.
Hannah adopts a robust, adaptable and pragmatic approach to litigation and seeks to quickly identify the best commercial solution to achieve clients’ objectives.
Head of Litigation, Martin Stafford, commented:
“We are delighted that Hannah has joined our growing commercial litigation practice and are looking forward to her playing a key role in the development of the team.”
“The decision to join Baines Wilson was not a difficult one for me. The level of expertise and commercial acumen amongst its lawyers is rarely found outside of the major legal centres. Baines Wilson’s lawyers supplement these attributes with an in-depth understanding of the regional economy, to the benefit of their clients. The firm’s increasing share of the market (on a regional and national level) is unsurprising and I am excited to be part of its future.”
Head of Commercial and Managing Partner, John Wilson said:
“Hannah is another excellent recruit for us. She is a very able lawyer and another good example of a lawyer recognising that their future need not be in Manchester. She will be a great asset to the firm and its clients.”
