Today the Treasury has issued a further direction on the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) and a copy can be found here.
As you will be aware the amended CJRS will be available from next week and employers will be able to enter into flexible furlough arrangements with staff. Any new arrangements need to be agreed in writing and records retained until at least 30 June 2025.
