CLEP Business Advice Clinic: Supporting Wellbeing & Mental Health in the Workplace

This Business Advice Clinic hosted by Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership offers businesses one hour of free interactive advice and guidance from professional service leaders and businesses in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Michael Boaden, Adult Services Manager at Carlisle Eden Mind, will share how businesses in Cumbria have been implementing actions to support employees during this challenging time. He will offer advice on what practices businesses can adopt to ensure you are offering much-needed support to employees. Michael will also answer your questions on issues you have faced or concerns that you may have on this subject.

A local business will also share their own experience on implementing actions to support their employees’ mental health, through working with Mind in Cumbria.

Carolyn Roberson, Small Business Board Member, and Chair of CLEP’s Business Strategy Group, will Chair the session.This session forms part of a series of free weekly business advice clinics, hosted by CLEP, featuring experts in the professional services and case studies from Cumbrian businesses with experience on the subject.

The sessions are intended to help guide Cumbrian businesses through the Coronavirus crisis.
