Law firm recognised for developing the next generation

Baines Wilson have been awarded a BECBC Business Award for Developing the Next Generation in recognition of their commitment to investing in future talent, both within the county and beyond.

Duncan Harty from Baines Wilson said: “We have a responsibility to both invest in future talent within our community and to seek that talent out.  In the past 12 months, the number of people who applied for a training contract with us increased by a remarkable 182%.  We see all our trainees as an investment for the future.  Central to our success is ensuring Baines Wilson is an environment where trainees can flourish, work flexibly, enjoy a varied working life, have fun, and be supported when times are tough.”

Baines Wilson were also shortlisted for the BECBC Inspiring People Award.
