We are pleased to partner up with the Centre for Leadership Performance on their new autumn short courses series with a workshop on leadership in the workplace. Following a series of high profile revelations about inappropriate behaviour at work in the film industry, charities and at Westminster, we will be holding a workshop that focuses on the role of the leader in setting standards and expectations of employee behaviour.
Tom Scaife, Employment Partner at Baines Wilson will be your guide to this problematic area, giving examples of inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, setting out what happens when it all goes wrong, and offering advice on how to stay on the right side of employment legislation.
Catherine Eve from the Centre for Leadership Performance will provide tips and techniques for managers to help them understand the importance of appropriate behaviour and how to embed this in the workplace.
Date: Thursday September 27, 2018
Time: 9am – 12noon
Where: Centre for Leadership Performance, Cockermouth
