We are pleased to be sponsoring this CIPD Cumbria event alongside Armstrong Watson

We will consider the impact of technology and share some tips, tricks, tools and techniques that will help your organisation to become a great place to work.

You will engage with a number of specialists including an employee engagement agency to learn about harnessing the power of storytelling in business, and gain insights in to how to create a culture and working practices that will power your organisation to future success.

Participants will explore, appreciate and gain a better understanding of

  • how to unlock the potential of your own people
