Baines Explains: The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on commercial property and insolvency

The Government introduced measures to protect commercial tenants in rent arrears during the Covid-19 pandemic.

As these protections are lifted, Christopher Clayton, an associate at Baines Wilson, looks at the repercussions for landlords and tenants including a new binding arbitration scheme for dealing with arrears accrued during Covid.
