Elizabeth Sewell

Position: Assistant Solicitor - Commercial Property Department

Main Areas of Work:

Elizabeth undertakes a broad range of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending work and all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions acting for both individuals and private companies.

Elizabeth also has significant experience in dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions including business acquisitions and disposals.  In the course of acting for various residential developers in relation to site acquisitions, Elizabeth has developed expertise in setting up development site disposal documentation including freehold and leasehold plot sales.

Career:

Elizabeth qualified in 2001 having graduated from Northumbria University in 1999 and trained with a local firm.  She joined Baines Wilson in 2002.

Personal:

Elizabeth lives in Carlisle and is married with two young children.
