COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
ASSOCIATE/PARTNER

We are looking to appoint a new Head of Litigation either at Associate or Salaried Partner level.

Primarily, we are seeking a lawyer with a combination of strong practical and interpersonal skills together with a desire to take the lead role in developing this area of our firm's practice.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the technical legal competence necessary to deal with this high profile appointment, and also the marketing and entrepreneurial skills required to develop and promote the litigation department.

The quality of work will be excellent and varied for a wide cross section of commercial clients, entrepreneurs and public sector organisations.

This is a one-off opportunity to head up this department of our highly successful and totally commercial firm, with genuine medium term equity prospects and will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to live in the most beautiful part of England with tremendous housing and schooling opportunities.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER
2 YEARS PLUS PQE TO ASSOCIATE/PARTNER

As a consequence of considerable organic growth, we are seeking a commercial property lawyer preferably with experience of complex transactional work and development projects to work in our real estate team undertaking interesting work for a range of regional / national clients.

The successful candidate is likely to come from an established regional or national commercial law firm or possibly from a niche commercial property law firm. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are required.

You will be working closely with the Head of our Commercial Property Department, Sean Logue and will have a fascinating but demanding caseload from day one. The majority of your workload will be for clients whose commercial property work was previously handled by major firms in regional centres prior to being dealt with by Baines Wilson.

We will consider applications from lawyers with two years excellent PQE to experienced candidates who are looking for a partner level role.
