COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER
2 YEARS PLUS PQE TO ASSOCIATE/PARTNER

As a consequence of considerable organic growth, we are seeking a commercial property lawyer preferably with experience of complex transactional work and development projects to work in our real estate team undertaking interesting work for a range of regional / national clients.

The successful candidate is likely to come from an established regional or national commercial law firm or possibly from a niche commercial property law firm.  Strong technical and interpersonal skills are required.

You will be working closely with the Head of our Commercial Property Department, Sean Logue and will have a fascinating but demanding caseload from day one.  The majority of your workload will be for clients whose commercial property work was previously handled by major firms in regional centres prior to being dealt with by Baines Wilson.

We will consider applications from lawyers with two years excellent PQE to experienced candidates who are looking for a partner level role.
