Jamie Hawley
Position: Assistant Solicitor Career Jamie qualified in 2008, having graduated from the University of Leeds in 2003, and completing his Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law Schoool in 2005. Jamie trained with Baines Wilson LLP. Key areas of Specialisation Jamie works closely with John Wilson (Partner/Head of Corporate/Commercial) and Andrew Hill (Partner/Head of Corporate) and has undertaken a broad range of corporate and commercial work, particularly:- acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and general company law issues. Jamie also has experience of acting for Banks on acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Personal Jamie is a keen footballer and enjoys most other sports including cricket and golf.
