Career

Elizabeth qualified in 2001 having graduated from Northumbria University in 1999 and trained with a local firm.  She joined Baines Wilson in 2002.

Key Areas of Specialisation

Elizabeth undertakes a broad range of commercial property work particularly freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending work and general landlord and tenant transactions acting for both individuals and private companies.

Elizabeth has experience in dealing with the property aspects of corporate transactions including business acqusitions and disposals.  She also acts for residential developers in relation to site acquisitions, setting up sites and individual plot sales.

Elizabeth lives in Carlisle and is married with one young child.
