Baines Wilson LLP, the specialist commercial law firm based in Carlisle and Lancaster continues to develop and expand its business.
Employment solicitor Caroline Rayner joins the Employment department working out of the firm’s Lancaster office. Caroline is the tenth lawyer the firm has recruited this year.
Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2008, having studied in Nottingham and France. She is proud to have spent her legal career practicing in Lancaster over the last eight years advising both local and national businesses on employment law matters.
“Baines Wilson has a great reputation for its employment work and I am excited to join the team. The unprecedented growth of the firm speaks for itself and I am very much looking forward to being part of it”.
Employment Partner and Head of Department, Joanne Holborn added:
“We are delighted to have recruited Caroline to our Employment team and added to the team of lawyers based in our Lancaster office. We look forward to helping more North Lancashire businesses through the employment law maze”
Managing Partner John Wilson comments:
“Caroline further strengthens our employment team which is unique in the region in acting for employers only. Our Lancaster office is growing quickly; we now have Isobel Milburn, Kath Sibley, Martin Stafford, Laura Barnfield and Nigel Gowling working out of our Lancaster office plus Caroline.
Caroline grew up and lives in the Lancaster area. She is married and has an eighteen month old son who keeps her busy outside of work. She enjoys dancing and taking part in productions with a local dance school. She also makes the most of the local area and enjoys walking around the Bay area and the Lake District. She regularly gets involved with the Lancaster University student law society, in particular judging mooting and negotiating competitions organised by the students.
