The Legal Ombudsman
The Legal Ombudsman is an independent and impartial complaints handling body for members of the public who wish to make a complaint about a solicitor who has acted for them. The Legal Ombudsman can help you if you are not happy with our work or service, and we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves. Its role is to look at complaints in a fair and independent way. It will not take sides, and is unable to provide legal advice.
