Career

Duncan qualified in 2005 having graduated from Northumbria University in 2003 and trained with a local firm.  He joined Baines Wilson in 2006.

Key Areas of Specialisation

Duncan works closely with Sean Logue (Partner/ Head of Property) and has undertaken a broad range of commercial property work particularly freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, general landlord and tenant transactions acting for both individuals and private companies, as well as site acquisitions for residential developers.

Personal

Until recently Duncan played rugby for the First XV at Carlisle RUFC. He now enjoys a social game with the reserve team when time allows. Duncan lives in Carlisle and is married with one young child.
